5 copies of the construction drawings are shipped with the license to build the plan ONE time. Typically it requires at least 5 copies to provide to contractors, lending institutions, building officials plus a recommended copy for your own records.
8 Copy Construction Set - $1,500
8 copies of the construction drawings are shipped with the license to build the plan one time. No photocopies can be made of the drawing.
AutoCAD file with Unlimited Build - $2,800
AutoCAD files are electronic files of the complete set of construction documents, only to be used with AutoCAD compatible software. Comes with UNLIMITED license to build home. Please consult a professional before purchasing. (Free PDF file included)
